Matt spent the first decade of his career helping scale an engineering consulting firm from 15 employees to more than 200 nationwide. As a member of the leadership team, he saw firsthand the operational and leadership challenges that come with rapid growth. Matt and the leadership team began to self-implement EOS® in the early stages of growth.

As the company’s Integrator, Matt led the integration of multiple acquisitions nationwide. He implemented EOS® across 10 offices, improving financial performance while strengthening accountability, culture, and organizational alignment.

In 2020, Matt launched his EOS® practice to help growth oriented businesses run stronger and build healthier businesses. He has since facilitated 500+ full-day sessions with 50+ companies, helping leaders create clarity, strengthen accountability, and gain traction.

Today, Matt combines real-world Integrator experience with deep EOS® expertise and a steady facilitation style to help leadership teams focus, execute, and achieve their objectives.
